My event has been postponed or relocated. Can I return the tickets?
If you have purchased tickets via our webshop for an event that has been postponed or relocated and are unable to attend the event on the new date/at the new venue, you can request the reversal of your ticketshere.

Tickets purchased in a ticket outlet can be returned at that office. General information about canceled and postponed events can be found here.
