How do I recognise that I have received a personalised ticket?
During the process of ordering tickets in our web shop, we refer to all the regulations concerning the personalisation before placing the order. Furthermore, you can also find all the necessary information in your booking confirmation. The name of the person who is eligible to enter the venue is printed in the centre at the bottom of the ticket.
