In the case that you have bought tickets for an event that requires personalisation, the name of the purchaser or the visitor is printed on the ticket. If a ticket has to be personalised is subject to the event promotor. There are two different types of personalised tickets: Firstly, tickets that are personalised on the name of the purchaser of the tickets; that means all persons accompanying the purchaser on the day of the concert can enter with the ticketholder whose name is printed on the ticket. Secondly, tickets that are personalised on the visitor of the event; in this case only, the person whose name is printed on the ticket can enter the event. You are also asked to provide an ID in order to enter the venue.
