What to do if the Mobile Ticket doesn‘t get delivered properly?
In case the ticket is not generated (e.g.: in case of temporary server problems) contact us via order@oeticket.com or call 01-96 0 96 (Mo-Sa 9 AM – 8 PM, Sunday+Holiday 10 AM – 20 PM) and provide your order number and email address. We will send you the ticket via email. If your ticket has been stolen or lost please use the function “report stolen tickets” in “My Account – Recent orders”. The ticket will be automatically locked. The ticket will be re-released for printing within the next two working days and will be regenerated with a new barcode for print in “My Account”. Only reprint the ticket if you are sure, that the original doesn’t exist anymore! It is us to the responsibility of the buyer to make sure, that the ticket will not be misused. Other error messages: - Delivery method “print@home” is not shown: It is (currently) not possible to print tickets yourself. Please choose another delivery method. - Booking does not succeed: Your payment could not be put through successfully. Please choose another payment method if possible. This error can appear in case of rejection of your payment partner (Credit card company, bank...) or if one of the payment gateways of your payment partner or the connection to it does not work (these kind of errors can usually take several minutes). Please choose another payment method or try again later. - The ticket doesn’t get send to the phone: Please check if you have provided the correct mobile phone number in your order history in your oeticket.com account settings. You can also send the ticket again, even to another mobile phone number. If the Mobile Ticket got delivered to your phone correctly but can’t be opened, please check if you have an active internet connection on your phone. - No email confirmation has been sent: You might have entered an incorrect email address. Please check if your email address has been provided correctly and provide the correct address including your order number, your name and your order at 01-96 0 96 (Mo-Sa 9 AM – 8 PM, Sunday+Holiday 10 AM – 20 PM). Please also check your email provider’s spam folder.
