How do I book my Mobile Ticket?
Step 1: Choose an event Click on „Tickets“ at the event of your choice to select seats. Step 2: Choose delivery method Mobile Ticket After selecting an event and putting tickets into your shopping cart, you can now choose Mobile Ticket at the next step „Delivery“ (if this delivery method is being offered from the organizer). To order, please enter your full name and your mobile phone number. The link to your ticket will be send to this number. To pay your Mobile Ticket you can use all online payment methods, the credit cards VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club and EPS online transaction. Step 3: Select your SMS link After completing your order, you will be send a link to your Mobile Ticket per text message tot he number that you have provided earlier. Please be aware that you will need an active internet connection on your mobile phone to open the link. The QR code embeded in the link can simply be shown at the access control of the event. You can resend your Mobile Ticket via „My Account“ up until the date of the event. From there you can also resend the Mobile Ticket link to another mobile phone number (Please be aware that the ticket is being electronically scanned at the event and is only valid once).
