I bought tickets to an event that has been postponed or relocated. I cannot attend the event at the new time/new location.
In the event of postponement or relocation you can return the tickets, depending on the conditions of the promotor.
The respective amount excluding all fees (e.g. delivery and service fees) will be refunded. The original ticket needs to be returned 1 day prior to the event date at the latest, unless the promoter specifically defines another deadline.
