Has my order been successful?
There are two ways to check if your ticket order has been correctly received. Check if you have received a booking confirmation e-mail. Please note that it can take up to an hour for this automatic confirmation to be sent. If you didn’t receive the booking confirmation, please check if you entered the correct e-mail address at "My Data" (see also 2). Please note that freemail providers such as @gmx may cause a delay of up to 12 hours. Please make sure you also check your spam folder for new e-mails. You can also inform yourself in the login area. The login area is located above the "Contact" button in the upper part of our website. Sign in with your user name and password. Now, you can check your orders and their status by means of selecting "My orders": If your order has the status "reserved/booked", this means we have received your order and we are processing it as soon as possible. If the order doesn’t show up, please use the contact form to get in touch with us. Please include your full name, the time you placed your order and the event you selected. We will inform you if we received your order. If there has been an exception error when placing your order, please use the contact form to get in touch with us. We will get in touch with you per e-mail as soon as possible.
