I didn’t receive the number of tickets I ordered.
Immediately after receiving your tickets, please check if they correspond to the order confirmation that has been e-mailed to you. In case of obviously incorrect deliveries, especially wrong tickets (wrong category, wrong event, wrong time), your tickets will be replaced free of charge when you return the tickets that have wrongly been delivered to you. In order to receive your correct tickets, please inform us of the mistake in written form immediately after receiving the order. Use the contact form to get in touch with us. We will get back to you per e-mail as soon as possible.
