Since tickets are security papers, we cannot offer replacement in case of loss or theft. However, if your tickets are positively identifiable seat number tickets, we can issue a seat confirmation which will allow admission to the event of your choice. For the seat confirmation we will charge a processing fee of € 15.- and in addition we need an official notification of loss.
If your tickets are standing room tickets/seats with open seating or seats that cannot be positively identified (tickets that were sold to customers without customer data), we unfortunately cannot issue a replacement.
