I haven’t received my tickets yet.
Since mailing times vary, it may happen that your order is up to seven work days late. Please be patient until your order arrives.

For some events, such as international football matches, VIP tickets, Formula 1 or MotoGP, tickets are only sent out shortly before the event. Please check your order confirmation to see if this applies to your tickets.

If your order hasn’t arrived 7 days after you received our delivery confirmation e-mail, please use the contact form to get in touch with us.

If your order is shipped within Austria by mail, please the contact form to get in touch with us.

International orders are shipped by DHL. Please find your tracking number in the shipping notification e-mail and check the status of the delivery on DHL. In case that you didn't receive the shipping notification please use the contact form below or call us at +43 1 96096.

If your ticket is a ticketdirect, you can download it at "My Orders". If you cannot print it out, please use the contact form to get in touch with us. Alternatively you can have your ticketdirect available on your mobile device at the entrance.

Please note that duplicate tickets can be issued 2 months after the shippment date at the earliest and 2 weeks before the show at the latest.
