Can I cancel my order if there are significant changes in the event details?
Reasonable, minor and objectively justified changes of cast or beginning of an event do not warrant a cancellation of the order. Orders may only be cancelled in the case of unacceptable, major or unobjective changes, for example if a headliner that has been announced does not appear or if the event is postponed. The organizer of the event decides if a refund is possible. For events in Austria, oeticket is only the ticket provider. For events abroad, oeticket is only the ticket agent.
