Where can I check the status of my order?
In order to make the processing of your order as transparent as possible, you can check the status of your order at the login area. The login area is located above the "Contact" button in the upper part of our website. Sign in with your user name and password. Now, you can check your orders and their status by means of selecting first "My Account" and then "My Orders". If your order has the status "reserved/booked," this means you have placed the order via our web shop. If your order has the status "printed/made available," this means it has been shipped. At "My Data", you can check if your shipping address is correct. We usually ship your tickets no later than one work day after you paid or (in case of direct debit or advance payment) after oeticket receives your payment. You will receive a delivery confirmation e-mail the day your order is shipped.
