When does the electronic admission control not accept a Mobile Ticket?
- If the payment of the ticket has not been fulfilled successfully or been cancelled, the ticket will automatically be noticed as a locked ticket and the entry will not be possible. The promoter reserves the right to take civil and criminal legal action against persons who gain unauthorised admission or otherwise misused tickets.
- The ticket has already been identified and cancelled by the electronic admission control because somebody has used a copy to gain admission.
