You can pick up your ticket(s) in one of the following oeticket centers after succesful payment:

PICK UP LIBRO SHOP
You can pick up your ticket in any LIBRO Store in Austria until 3 days prior the event.
Please bring your pick up code communicated in the confirmation mail. PICK UP EVENING BOX OFFICE (Not possible at all events)
As long as the payment was made in time, the tickets can be picked up on the day/evening of the event at the box office.

You may print your tickets right after purchase (only valid with creditcard) or at any time afterwards via "my account - my orders" section.
