Is the event going to take place as scheduled?
As the information about a change of event is available to us, we try to inform our customers as soon as possible. A contact is only possible if we have current contact details available.

If you are unsure whether your event will take place as planned and have not yet received any information from us, you can use the internet's extensive sources (search engines) as well as promoter, artist and fan sites as well as social media in order to receive appropriate information about any changes in time.

Please note that oeticket is not obliged to inform the ticket owner about possible cancellations/postponements/relocations but we try to inform all customers as much as possible. In any case we accept no liability for transportation, hotel or any similar costs related to cancelled/postponed/relocated events.
