How to book my ticketdirect?
Click on "Tickets" at the event to select seats.
Step 2: Select delivery type ticketdirect
Once you have decided on an event and added tickets to your shopping cart, you can select "delivery" ticketdirect in the next step (if this is offered by the organizer for this performance in combination with electronic access control). All online payment methods can be used to pay a ticketdirect.
Step 3: Printing your ticketdirect
After completing the order process, click on the ticketdirect button - Acrobat Reader will open and you can print your tickets. You can access and print the PDF ticket in your customer account under "Show all orders" from anywhere and at any time up to the beginning of the event (Attention: the ticket is electronically recorded upon admission and is only valid once! It is therefore important to keep the Print@Home ticket safe and not to make the ticket or the link available to other people. In case of copies or multiple printouts, only the first person has the possibility to pass through the access control).
Precondition for printing is that at least version 5.0 of the program "Acrobat Reader" is installed. The program can be downloaded here free of charge: http://www.adobe.com/de/products/acrobat/readstep2.html
- The printout must be made on white DIN A4 paper
- Do not use the quality "draft" for the set print quality - Tickets printed on inkjet printers are sensitive to moisture (smearing of the barcode), so it is essential to protect the ticket from moisture. Printing can be done in colour as well as in black and white. - Alternatively you can also have your ticketdirect available on your mobile device at the entrance.
