I didn't receive my tickets
If the tickets were ordered with EMS DHL or dispatch within Austria by regular mail we would ask you to contact us via contact form or by telephone under +43 1 96096. We will initiate an investigation on your behalf.

In case of ticketdirect you can print the PDF by clicking on "account", go to "orders overview" and click on "print" for the order in question - then open the PDF and print it. Alternatively you can have the ticketdirect available on your mobile device at the entrance. (Note: the ticket will be scanned at the entrance and is only valid for one entry! It is therefore important to keep your tickets safe and not to send the link to the PDF or copies of the PDF to others. In case of duplicates, only the first person at the venue presenting the print@home tickets is granted access). In case the PDF is not available in your "account", we would ask you to contact us via contact form.
