The event was cancelled, but I haven’t received my refund yet.
In case the organiser has authorized CTS Eventim Austria GmbH to refund the entrance fees and the corresponding funds are at the disposal of CTS EVENTIM AUSTRIA GmbH the following applies: the respective value will be refunded to the method of payment used for the booking. If you have not received any notification of the credit note from us 14 days after cancellation, please contact us using the link below, stating your order number.
