The refund is less than the final price on my bill.
oeticket is for events in Austria only the ticket provider respectively for events abroad the ticket agent and is not liable for the refund of ticket money. However, we do our best to arrange for the promoter to refund the tickets. If there is a refund, the respective amount will be refunded. Applicable service fees and shipping charges covering oeticket’s expenditures cannot be refunded.

Shipping is a service that, unlike the product and economic value, is not connected to providing the tickets.
