I cannot print/generate my ticketdirect.
The tickets have to be printed on white DIN A4 paper and the setting in print quality must not be "draft".
Tickets that are printed with inkjet printers are sensitive to moisture (smudging of barcode), the ticket must therefore be protected from moisture.
The print can be made in colour or black and white.
Alternatively you can have your ticketdirect available on your mobile device.
If you cannot generate your ticketdirect after the order and you can't download it in your account at "My Orders", please use the contact form.
