An event was canceled / postponed / relocated and I have got no information about that.
Oeticket values good customer service, and we try to inform all customers about cancellations or changes, as far as this is possible for us. Reasons that you were not informed could be:

We didn’t have your correct contact details.
The promoter of the event hasn’t informed us in time.

Please also check our website for updates of dates and locations before attending your event (please note that our website might not be up to date if the promoter has not informed us of changes in time).
In any case we accept no liability for transportation, hotel or any similar costs related to cancelled/rescheduled/relocated events.
