Die mehrsprachige Linzerin Mercedes Echerer absolvierte ihre ersten Bühnenauftritte am Landestheater Linz und später am Volkstheater Wien sowie am Theater in der Josefstadt. Nachdem sie von 1999 bis 2004 Abgeordnete des Europäischen Parlaments war, wechselte sie wieder zum Schauspielerinnendasein.
Konstanze Breitebner ist im In- und Ausland als Schauspielerin tätig und ebenso als Drehbuchautorin für Film und Theater.
