Gründungsmitglieder waren Peter Hein (ehemals Mittagspause), Thomas Schwebel (ehemals Mittagspause, S.Y.P.H.), Michael Kemner (ehemals Y.O.U., DAF, später Mau Mau, 20 Colours), Frank Fenstermacher (später Der Plan), Uwe Bauer (ehemals Materialschlacht) und Markus Oehlen (ehemals Mittagspause).
