Slapstick, Musikkabarett, gesellschaftspolitische Kommentare mit kritischer Note und ihre exakte Wandlungsfähigkeit sowie ein gut gereiftes Gespür für Charakter- und Situationskomik sind die Markenzeichen der "Schienentröster". Herausragend dabei auch der erfolgreiche Kinofilm „1810 – Für eine Handvoll Kaspressknödl“. Seit 2013 fahren sie eingleisig und Daniel "Düsi" Lenz hält als "Der Schienentröster" die Schiene hoch!
