Andreas Steppan, 1959 in Linz geboren, ist seit 1981 als Schauspieler tätig. Seine Karriere nahm mit einem Auftritt in der ORF-Sendung "Die große Chance" ihren Anfang. Es folgten Theaterengagements an allen möglichen Bühnen Wiens, von der "Kleinen Komödie" über die "Kammerspiele" bis zum berühmten "Kabarett Simpl". Von 2005 bis 2010 leitete er als Intendant die Komödienspiele Mödling. 2012 feierte sein Soloprogramm "Schwerkraft, Linksfahrer und andere Ärgernisse" und 2013 die Musik-Show "Mr. & Mrs. Swing" (mit Claudia Rohnefeld und der Herwig Gratzer Band) Premiere.
