The shopping process on the Eventim web site is done in a simple and yet effective manner. It is tailored for easy use for advanced and first time users. We have divided the shopping process into 4 steps.
Step No. 1 – Log in
Before starting with shopping you must log in using your email as user name and your password which you selected while registering. If you are a first time user on our Eventim web shop you must register before continuing to step no. 2. You can register by clicking here.
For more information on log in and benefits of registration visit our FAQ section of the web site. If you lost your password click here. Type your email and the password will be sent to you. If you still have troubles with logging in contact our web administrator at office@eventim.sk.
Step No. 2 – Select your order
In step 2 you select the category and number of tickets you want to purchase. You can select tickets from any or all categories as long as you don't select a total number of tickets higher then stated in the note below the quoted prices (mostly we allow a maximum of eight tickets per purchase).
Step No. 3 – Payment and delivery
In step 3 you choose your payment and delivery method. You can choose between credit card and pre-payment type of payment. If you choose credit card payment be sure to type all credit card information correctly. In pre-payment type of payment you will get our bank account information and you must deposit the total amount of your order to that account within 3 working days.
Step No. 4 – Place your order
In step 4 your order is reserved and the reservation is valid for 15 minutes. In that time you must click on the buy button in order to purchase the tickets. If you have chosen the credit card type of payment the total amount of your order will be deducted from your credit card account. If you have chosen prepayment type of method you will have to deposit the total amount of your order to our bank account in order to receive the tickets. The exact bank account and bank number will be sent to your email together with the invoice. PLEASE ALWAYS QUOTE THE PURCHASE-ID ON YOUR PAYMENT FORM and make sure that the total amount as per invoice is received by us.
